For full-week bookings, a discount will be made on the rate.

check-in: the apartment is assigned after  1.30. pm
check-out: before 11.00 am

* it is appreciated a communication if the arrival is expected after 8.00 pm

Terms of payment:

• down payment: bank transfer of 30% of the total amount after booking.
• Rest of the payment: cash on arrival, upon delivery of the apartment keys.

Cancellations / changes:

in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 14 days in advance of the expected date of arrival, the full amount paid will be refunded, otherwise the deposit will be withheld as refund. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire booked stay will be counted, unless the changes have been communicated at least 14 days before the date of arrival.
